This includes rights of way (access), utility and services easements, irrigation pipelines, and development requirements.
We make sure rights and restrictions are clear and correctly shown in survey plans and legal documentation, with supporting drafting ready for Landonline / LINZ where required.

We provide earthworks modelling and site analysis in 12d Model to help you plan a project, price it with more confidence, and support consent applications (including earthworks consents).
This includes cut and fill estimates (earthworks volume calculations), site levels, and a simple site grading plan for early civil and site servicing layout design.
We can also use open-source LiDAR (light detection and ranging) for topographic modelling, and advise when a topographic (field) survey is needed for the accuracy your project requires.
By identifying constraints early, we help reduce the risk of costly changes later.
